Greece is a fun minor. Take over Turkey, declare Byzantine Empire, steal more of balkans and create your empire. Fascist Estonia is fun, you go to war with latvia and lithuania early game, annex finland for free, invade sweden and denmark and because your a minor the U.K wont guarantee them since your just a lil guy
