How to play historical poland: build agency day 1 to decrypt and infiltrate german army (get 5 upgrades, 2 decryption, suicide pills, army intel, invisible ink). Build 2 infra in katowice then only mils. Delete all divs but 1 and train it. Do not do political focuses until march-june 38. Do eco first. First pp pick: defense expert. Second pick: partial mob. Once you hit 35 army xp take proper heritage and make a 40 width pure cav to train for xp. Starting production: everything on gun except the 1 mil on arty. Next 4 mils go on aa, 5th mil on arty, 6th on truck, 7th on train. Next 10 on gun, then 1 more each on aa and arty, then 10 more on gun, then 1 more aa and arty.
Make 11.2 width (7 inf battalions) with support aa and support arty, doctrine is mass assault right side. Hard tech conc3 (no bonus), tools 3 (use a 100% bonus), and hard tech gun2
You can get 40-50 mils by danzig without expanding, 200-300 inf by war

btw you should not pick partial mob

and send volunteer to spain to grind
