Two production lines of Carriers, a new production line of the brand new Escort Carriers, and one single production line of of brand new North Carolina class treaty Battleships, which are well within the treaty limits.

Again, it's a weird event, as it wouldn't be happening if the AI was playing reasonably well, but they're not producing much of anything. In reality, United Kingdom SHOULD be producing some treaty battleships and carriers of their own.

i dont really understand what youre asking but if you mean to either puppet or annex, then puppet and then lower their autonomy to annex them, that way you have cores on them, and they use their own civs for construction that way you dont have to while they are puppets

Reconnaisance tends to be a non-factor, especially when your generals are leveled up since you get the equivalent of 5 reconnaisance anyways

And a lot of defensive tactics don't have counters
