if you didnt figure it out its mefo bills, a mechanic for germany where your consumer goods slowly go up until you basically cant build anything. You reduce it by clicking the gold decisions that you get when you conquer a country. The mechanic basically makes it so that you have to conquer countries or else you wont be able to build anything

so theyll deal only 30%

thats only a 20% reduction in total damage to our tank
