When doing austria hungary path with hungary if you manually start a civil war or have an uprising spawn then for whatever reason your leader otto von Hapsburg will disappear and turn into horthy which then loses all the buffs that otto has. otto von Hapsburg will also be lost as a field marshal which i think is going to the other side which I think is hilarious because he leads the nation.
