The game needs more conditional peace deals instead of relying on total surrender. USA shouldn't need to be completely conquered before it makes peace with Japan for example, Japan kicking USA completely out of the pacific and holding islands for a certain amount of time should allow them to make peace

I have to tell, it's extemly easy to soft lock yourself as chan kai shek. If you open a faction facility warlordds would pour them with helping scientists, and would gather enormous amount of contributions. Which would block you from forcing them to be subjugated.
