But if you want to go to war with Germany to core the benelux etc. It just becomes impossible to keep your eyes on all cores

And if you lose a singular core your balance of power ticks down

if there are no spawnins they will start with 0 units and so will u

so train up divs day1 OF the START of your civilwar

then deploy asap

cos if u have units in training the ai gets some of them iirc
