I can do it with ~200 of those divisions but add engineer and cav recon(preferably rangers) alongside logistics. Mass mob working well, and then you want pure good fighters to protect them aerially. After that you'll want to mix in some mot/med or mech/med tank divisions to help reinforce against the german tanks, and potentially break the lines once the germans lose enough manpower
