Keep other factions in a good relationship in order to avoid useless conflicts while you manage to make your step by step faction. Improve the technologies especially Jet engines and core weapons like infantry eq. and support weapons. Rush for Medium Tanks, cause they really open breaches in the frontlines and they eat a lot of soft damage. Mantain first air superiority, then CAS: if you have 100% of air superiority you dont even need tons of CAS. Then make strong allies if you can or make puppet states: they produce army and most of the time they will keep the fronts around the world. Naval supremacy is mandatory, spam destroyers and subs. Remember to build factories in puppet states cause it will keep them puppets and not independent

The most important thing wrt managing countries is to understand the mechanics (don't lose cores as Italy, don't get too paranoid as USSR) and not overstretch your industry
