but eitherway its not worth it because the only nations building tanks are usually sovs/fra/ger, and for france the allies have the ic for air (so you dont need to split ic), germany can build both tanks and air + italy lol, and ive only seen it work for some weird offmeta sovs build but it relies on germany throwing pretty hard
