you can save up more if you can make a 60width cavalry division with military police company
(you can do this template for about 45xp by using army spirits : pick true heritage as middle spirit, design the 60w cav -only cav bataillions- and add in the support comp. If you don't have MP company, just do a 2w cavalry div (1cav bataillion) for 5 xp
and then swap the division assigned to garrison as this new cav
