it's massively powerful, you can get easily +40% sortie efficiency on carriers as USA for example plus the advisor that brings it to 50%
it makes the first damage in the battle absolutely massive considering you can get 4 carriers with 60 navs each + one with 30 navs, 20 fighters, 1 CAS
Basically, you can instantly sink any enemy capital if you stacksortie efficiency high enough
