first off, for line infantry get rid of 1 infantry battalion and the line artillery

line arty has lower soft attack per combat width and lowers your hp and organisation

Both of these templates are atrociously horrible. For your infantry template you want to take out the line artillery, although that kind of template isn't good for attacking it's good for defending.

Your tank template won't work in the slightest. Only 16.6 org when you want a minimum of 30, only 17 combat width and low combat stats overall. You should put more mechanized/motorized in there to improve your organisation and other stats and you also probably shouldn't use light tanks, they're rather useless.
