I am playing Germany and I sent my Panzer units down to Spain as usual under Paulus. Usually Paulus become a Panzer Guy and my units become very experienced but something weird is happening. In combat my units are LOSING experience when they fight. I did all of the focused for Panzer Warfare and even put Rommel in charge for a bit but nothing is working. So my question is what is going on now???
