Hi, So I have been getting these errors when launching vanilla Hoi4 after following the Kaizerreich clean install guide and ensuring the game files, workshop files & Appdata files were all deleted & cache cleared. I don't understand where it is trying to load this content from and I must have missed deleting files from somewhere. Would this be something anyone may be able to help with? This is a new save? And you double checked that it is enabled, both in the launcher, as well as for steam. Make sure it is installed, make sure you were actually baught the correct dlc, then veryify game files and then last resort just restart.

When playing as Finland, I keep having the problem of when training ships during exercises, the game switches the automatic repair priority to never repair. I've lost a few subs to this do to accidents. Im not sure why it happens, but it might be do to Finland only having 1 dockyard at start.

(MacOS) Having issues with workshop mods. When the game goes to download and install the workshop mods, it always gives me a "missing downloaded files" error.

I have tried:

1. Reinstalling Hoi4 (Twice)
2. Verifying file integrity (this failed with the same error. however the vanilla game installed and ran fine)
3. Deleting the download cache (both through steam and by deleting the folder itself)
4. Various other things like unsubscribing from mods

Hello! I'm running into technical issues every time I try to play. I'm trying to play Kaiserreich but starting a new game kept crashing; so I did a clean reinstall. Now, the launcher keeps crashing (which it had not done previously).

Then the mods themselves are probably outdated. Go to Steam, right click on HOI4, click properties
Go to Installed Files, and click Browse
In the file tree, go backwards to the folder called Steamapps
Go to this folder Steamapps/content/394360
Move or delete the folders in there. These are the mod files. Moving or deleting them will force Steam to redownload the newest available version of them

Then, unsubscribe and resubscribe to all your mods
