Yeah it's pretty likely it will increase performance quite a bit. Still nothing definitive cause no one has done a CPU test on HOI4 with 3D cache, but my educated guess is that it will affect it very well.

the dlcs might all work, if they dont then disable the newer ones, if they dont work then just disable them alltogether or keep trying different dlcs

The ways that I tried to solve;
1- My game is original from steam.
2- I've deleted and reinstalled directX, virtual c+++ and .netframework again and again.

5- I deleted and installed the game from Steam library as a whole, it didnt change anything.

Follow those steps exactly:
1- Unsubscribe any mod you have
2- Uninstall the game
3- Manually delete the two Hearts of Iron IV folders, you can find one under documents and the other under steamapp. Those are the usual paths to find the folders
under documents
C:\Users\user\OneDrive\Documenti\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV
and under steam
C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV
4- Open Windows Settings and search on the Applications if the Paradox launcher is still in the list, if it is uninstall it.
5- Restart your pc
6- Install the game again
7- Try if it works

I think this should be technically feasible since it is a containerwindow and there are examples of containerwindows that are scrollable but not zoomable. Installed on A fresh Drive that has never had HOI

If Both Discord & HOI are crashing I say it's a safe bet its Discord's doing
Particularly Discord's game overlay might be conflicting with HOI, Steam's overlay/Xbox Gamepresence (or whatever the hell epic uses), OR even something entirely unrelated like your mouse driver or RGB controls

I suggest going into your discord User Settings -> Registered games -> Hearts of Iron 4 ☑️ & pressing the box next to it to turn off the discord overlay for HOI (should turn red with a line going through it)

Or better yet disable the Discord Overlay entirely by going User Settings -> Game Overlay: toggle "Enable in-game overlay" off to get rid of Discord's BS altogether. You will lose the little icons that light up in the corner when your in a Discord call & without a 2nd screen will have to Alt+Tab to respond to stuff. But it causes way more problems then it's worth imo.

so, im not sure if this is like just me or if ive gotten something wrong

but on my old system , 8100 / 1050, i would run the game with about 30 fps perma, makes sense,
but on my newer system, 5700x / 6800. its still the same, game still feels kinda slow and sluggish

i know hoi4 is mostly cpu demanding, but the 5700x is still far away from the 8100

its like this during the whole game mostly ^

in other games like ck3 and stellaris, its much better

When i join in the game through launcher, he writes me the error "there is no connection with steam". If I try to join someone, they write to me after a while-"your version of the game does not match the server version".
If I try to modify, it didn't work in the game, but the files were saved.

Hoi4 is on validating loop, i cant uninstall the game, i uninstalled steam, i tried to clear download cache but it will be on loop trying to turn off hoi4 etc...

Follow those steps exactly:
1- Unsubscribe any mod you have
2- Uninstall the game
3- Manually delete the two Hearts of Iron IV folders, you can find one under documents and the other under steamapp. Those are the usual paths to find the folders
under documents
C:\Users\user\OneDrive\Documenti\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV
and under steam
C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV
4-** Manually delete any other HOI4 folder you created anywhere on your PC**
5- Open Windows Settings and search on the Applications if the Paradox launcher is still in the list, if it is uninstall it.
6- Restart your pc
7- Install the game again
8- Try if it works

Even on a completely new VM of Windows 10 this problem still persists. (regardless of computer or Operating system)
The only thing that Is the same is maybe the save folder? I wouldn't think that it would crash at initialization if that was the problem though...

It did however start after a modded session with Millennium Dawn & a few other mods

I have done step 3 twice already but will repeat again. Though it's weird that It'd use the One drive storage over the local user directory? I don't think Paradox Launcher would save there: especially if I hadn't set that up, but it's worth checking that path. so Thx.

I'll also go into %Appdata% and nuke the local/lowlocal/roaming folders again.
