Good night, I have a problem, since yesterday, 23/02/23, that the Launcher does not start. There is a message that titled: Bootstrapper Error" and says: "Could not start Launcher"

I have desinstalled the game, cleaned the cache of Steam, veryfied files....some mistake prevents me to launch the Launcher.

I do not know what I can do next as my "It skills" as an user.

I can bypass the starting of the launcher (in properties choose (ask always), but this overrides the use of any Mod, as the game starts immediately on the "vanilla" version. Which, for me is not enough. I do play in many Mods, as Millennium Dawn among others. I uploaded a pdf file that has some of these details.
