So I made this focus tree on a focus tree tool site (egde.hoi4modding), I exported it into the mod file and stuff, but when I go to the launcher, it acts like the mod is empty. If I remove something like the .mod video file that automatically gets added once you make a mod trough the mod tool in the launcher, it does say it has like 50 kb but it says the mod is not present on disk. I want to create total conversion mod based on my own universe. Here's some short description of races:
There are 8 intelligent races which are:
Katio (when you can distinguish 3 under-race, Ka-aru [actually regular human], Ka-eru [human with artificial modifications], Ka-inu [thats oldest "human" race which is marginal, yet in history was rule whole continent, is taller than regular human and almost always with red or similar hair color, and with more tanned skin]) which are the biggest population on planet, and have several kingdoms, in it Agarian Empire is the most significent, but have it's problems in present days with keeping it's borders together.

Ammaetio which mean river-man in most popular on planet language, Aradwi-Saya. Thay have gills, membranes between fingers, white hair, and almost transparent skin. They live mostly in rivers, but can live on land to. They were like 500 years before touristic attraction for people as they wasn't considered as intelligent race, but research about their language and culture, proved that they are actually intelligent. There was lot of research on their body to, what was abounded 450 years ago as they was accepted by other intelligent races as one of them (I have even some story about researcher which started to drink, when he oriented himself that they are intelligent race, and get remorce)

Csrghetio is the race second in population of planet, but they never organise big country. They mre like elves, but to be more specific, they are psionic. In Csrghetio's language, Csrghedd is the word Dragpe-mirrd (there is word mir in Polish, which meaning is similar to peace but also esteem) which mean "uniform world" and it's how they called it's settlement, which are self-sufficient, thanks to their psionic powers. They once per few years gather to unite their minds and get information about how to live next few years. Thanks to their psionic powers, they was considered as wizzards and avoided by years. But people greed don't know borders, so when Katio discovered how to use their power for their own purposes, their started to hunt Csrghetio. Later, as civilisations matured. they was considered equal to other intelligent races, but still some fear about their powers are in other intelligent races.

Hartio where -tio is aradwi-saya for "man", and har mean "few", "group" and this name they get because they're the smallest population on planet. I their quiet primitive language Htusu, their name is Zstu "Child of Darkness". They have black, brown, dark skins and are hairless and almost blind on ground (yet see good in darkness). They generally in history were living deep underground, and first information about them was in book "A dissertation on still life and all creatures of the kingdom of Safhi" (it's GoogleTranslated) from XXVIII BAE (before the advent of the empire) (this is GT to). I have even some text from this mentioned book. Nowdays, they like to use artificial implants to change their skin colour, and add them some high (they are very short, that's why people calling them "small man" (don't have word in aradwi-saya for this one sadly). Also because of this implants, they're ironically called Ha-Katio.

Kakottotio is only one intelligent race which can fly by themself. They have on back two pair of feathered wings. In history, they were living in city states which had it's borders from Ardsyih mountains on west to border of modern Republic of Ughoyik on east. On this small terrain in XXIX BAE was 46 city states. With biggest Gfedesh with 90 000 of Kakottotio in peak of development. (And here is some story based on Sparta) Gfedesh was despotic monarchy with two kings. What make it harder to overthrow monarchy while in war as one king was always in city. When in middle of XXVII BAE Gfedesh was weakened, the most prosper city was Tejyon with even 60 000 of Kakottotio in. (and they are similar to Athens). Professor Irie Dukova from Gdefroj University is saying: First Kakottotio started to settled in Ardsyih mountains in XXX BAE. They fat made advanced civilisation, similar to Katio. They probably as first was using wheal to transport. Their civilisation fell in XXV BAE. Maybe if fighting between themself city states were united, they could fight back Ka-aru expansion, and survive few more centuries. They were believing in godly ancestors, which get all of the world in their hand and give it to their descendants. (And there are some infos about Rhadash sect, superiority of Kakottotio race and so)

They use to be used as mercenaries of course, but for nowdays standards they can't use firearms too good, but still, are strong and fast, so are useful as first to charge meat. They live very short, around 30 years. People had a lot of names for that race, like: Lhos, Atnos, Kreur, what mean Ogr, Satan's son and Troll.

Nowdays they can use firearms very skilful thanks to very developed senses, like good sight and so. But in history, because of their beauty and horns, they were seen as lesser demons. Called Jiru - tempter, Kakka -Sukkubus, Hemitio - man from hell. And here's some more story and so.

And the last one is undeveloped for now. It's Arudentio. What I like about them is their name. I developed story for it. Aruden is short for "Arudel-al-den" what mean born in darkness. As "n" on end of word in most of word mean negation, Aruden may also mean "not born" They are problematic race as they are only meat eater. And here's the problem, they mostly eat intelligent's races meat. That's why many of other intelligent races negate -tio in end of Arudentio, and call them just Aruden. They have ideal night vision and sharp fangs in two rows and claws. Also, long limbs.

I've try to make it shorter. And that's why last few races are shortly described.

Hey, so I had a fun mod concept, that I would like to consider working on, but I myself don't have much of a knack for programming (I only know basic levels of Java, and I took a course on Computer Science this year, and I have just found that although I am somewhat competent it isn't my thing). Anyway, I am a strong writer and know a decent-ish amount of graphic design. My concept was what if instead of the civil war resulting in the establishment of the Soviet Union, it resulted in the total collapse of Russia into its ununified grouping of states prior to Ivan the Terrible's formation of the Russian Empire. I feel like it would lead to a very interesting style of gameplay by eliminating a Soviet superpower at the start (obviously a Russian state would attempt to reform the a superpower of some kind by late game), but I would need help. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in co-working on this project with me. I know the answer is probably no, but I figured there's no harm in asking.

I'd also see Muscovy taking a decent amount of military starting power, and would probably remain a Tsarist regime under Nicholas II since his murder would potentially not occur, and perhaps a focus would be made for his murder by the Novogradian-Leninist state, I just have a lot of ideas here, and I would love to bring it to fruition.

Yeah thats the thing... the Japanese fleet was mostly fine but the American Heavy Cruisers were limping away. So that's why I ask because the numbers didn't make sense to me

It was actually amazingly good conditions for the American fleet, a storm in a fjord. The storm screws the carriers and light cruisers don't get any debuffs in fjords
