I usually start with the map, then flesh out one country at a time
But save localisation, lore, gfx and that crap for after you've done the focuses, events and that stuff.

There is only one problem, you need to change the free_building_slots part according to how many factories you will build at the end, for example, if you are going to build 1 factory right now, then size > 0, if 2, then size > 1. If you ask why, you will build 1 factory right now, but it is looking for a state with 2 free slots, if size > 0, any state with 1 free slot would be suitable. Other than that, yes it is fine

how can i remove a state from the game?
trying to reassign the provinces of one state to another then deleting it causes the game to crash when checking checksum

and it worked
but now the game crashes upon launch if the state doesnt exist or doesnt have provinces
States have to be in numerical order so you'll have to replace the missing number
will it mess anything up if i were to just derceate the number of all the following states by one

Hello, I need help with the localization files. I have created a few new Reich Commissariats and would like to have them appear in the decisions in a clean version without underscores. I have now edited the file and saved it in the corresponding folder in the mod. However, that doesn't help, even worse, the Mefo decisions, for example, now also have an underscore.
