No. I flipped as soon as i got 10% fascist and justified on allies and declared, while in the allies I got all the other minors in the allies and got wargoals for italy & russia.

Maybe you can optimise a couple of months, but anything before march 1938 I dont think is possible

I have already minimised justification to the max...

I can only see 3 factors which could make it faster:

1. Dont create Regno Del Sud (Go to all WPs the same day and cap them)
2. Better RNG which the Soviets Civilwar, so you can join when you cap the Italians
3. Better micro during Italian war and Civilwar when flipping to democratic

All i all, you could maybe at most to it early/mid '38...

But each runs takes hours if you want to perfect it, and then you have to hope for random nations not declaring, the italians joining the germans, the soviets going historical etc. etc. etc...

from my south africa tests i got different results with different countries and also type of justification mattered, for example
when i justified directly at portugal, they always put their ships up before i declared.
on uk i justified through focus, and they didn't put their ships a couple of hours after finishing the focus.
and i justified on DEI and netherlands just didn't bother puting the ships even after declaration

so i think day 1 naval invasion works through focus or indirect justification, like on puppet or guaranteed nation

also nations fairly often just shuffle their fleet and leave sea zones completely free

@ornate thunder very impressive, how is that even possible? in testing, the best i managed to come up with was playing on an old patch to order 66 italy with french troops after para dropping france (not allowed, but couldn't get proper units in a reasonable time to launch a successful naval invasion), then invading uk and having the balkans and middle east join the allies. i also didn't try attack with soviets with civil war during this, but even with all that and some console commands for equipment (unoptimized micro too), the time was around july-ish 37

the best strategy i could come up with would being switching fascist with a civil war (~july 1936) and justifying on romania during the civil war. join the axis after and declare, then when france joins, justify on turkey (45 days i think, uk will guarantee), cap france (not in allies, so peacedeal and puppet, taking syria), then justifying on rest of balkans and middle east (they join allies), and also justifying on albania to order 66 italy with french puppet troops. the uk has very little troops in mainland and is a lot easier to naval invade, so paratroopers aren't necessary for that. on top of all that, you would still need a quick soviet civil war and get enough war score to take the required soviet lands.

i still havent fully tested this route, but i have noticed that trying to order 66 italy is most likely impossible without french troops (spammed 200 2w inf across every tile and lost every division, even with germany in the war. could be possible with actual divisions, but there would only be around ~30 divs due to lack of production). the hardest part i've come across is trying to take france without paratroopers, as even though some port tiles are unguarded, the units are quickly pinned and killed before they can reach paris and some other vps. justifying on albania is also somewhat rng as they often get jocelyn percy, increasing the justification time

Annexed the ever living thing outta them, and while in war, started justifying on required lands, one by one

i unchecked Historical focuses, but in game settings, i made sure to click Germany as Fascist (it allows ironman)

🇬🇧 Mosley organized Blackshirt rallies and civil war started, helped the fashs and took required lands from their war

then i got the the French and Brit territories in Middle East and went to war with 🇹🇷 Turkiye (Rom guaranteed them), 🇬🇷 Greece and 🇧🇬 Bulgaria

(dont exactly remember the 🇮🇶 Iraq and 🇦🇫 Afghan conquests, i am pretty sure i jumped on them after the Turks)

I regularly look at the submissions and check to see if they are valid or not

but I dont work for Paradox on the weekends so I dont check saturdays and sundays

if an entry is not valid, I usually tell the person why it isnt so they can correct it, otherwise if not corrected it becomes invalid and won't be able to be chosen
