If you don't understand the game, your priority should be to fix that. You're in no position to care about the economy because you won't be able to take advantage of what early starts mean. On the contrary, you will benefit from lower item prices on most things as the season ages because supply of said items will saturate the playerbase and this season has a lot of currency to enable your purchases. Just expect to sell a higher quantity of low value items to make your money.
