Waystone drop chance>quant>rare monsters. Run maps with the boss icon with your highest tier waystone to get one dropped of a higher tier to progress fast and go directly to corrupted zones. If you have points left over, I go for shrines for speed/tankiness or boxes for xp/loot

absolutely. Making a waystone rare costs basically nothing, if it drops as rare you saved yourself an orb of alchemy, but if you dont run concurrent then you get 10% less in total

pretty sure you can just run until it destabilizes your path that leads away, you may be able to get a path node that links to the downwards corner path to lead up instead but not 100% sure.

You can't. You can either build to tank it, build to kill him before it happens to check you map mods and not run ones with increased attack speed. Your modifiers on your waystone would have been increased attack speed for monsters.

You're not alone there. Ritual is good, lower investment but still a chance at good rewards. You can always go down the route of deli & breach juiced maps. Roll for rarity and then run cleansed maps. You should get good raw drops with a good set up and the splinters are worth a good bit right now

Can someone help me understand map sustain now? I swear that previously, the last Rare mob in a map dropped a Waystone of the current map tier. That is no longer happening. The only way to guarantee a sustained waystone is to drop a Map Boss icon'd node?

Not quite, the rares can still drop and the map bosses will also have a good chance to drop. the final boss with a boss icon will drop a waystone of a higher tier when possible. Map sustain comes from either your atlas tree (when progressing atlas) or from things like quant on maps and waystone drop chance on maps. Higher juiced maps with more rares have a better chance to drop them. or you can always just buy T15s as they are about 2ex

Ahh I see. I dont tend to run out of maps much so didnt pay attention. If you're progressing still then I would focus on getting waystone chance on your passive tree or even on your waystones if it's that bad. if youre actually mapping now then I'd be surprised if you can't sustain when juicing

someone might have to fact check me here but 100% rarity on gear works along side the map rarity to give a massive boost as it has it's own calc. Having rarity on your gear scales the rarity on your map massively. I wanna say it's multiplicative but I have a feeling thats the wrong word

So what happens if you deal 1000 phys damage, have a 80% dmg conversion to cold when you have:

Is it then just 200 extra cold and 200 extra chaos?
Or they work in a certain order and thus they work differently?

Gained Damage: "Gain #% of Damage as X Damage" modifiers grant a percentage of your base damage as extra damage. Gained damage is additive with other sources of Gained Damage but multiplicative with the rest of your damage scaling. Keep in mind as it adds Base Damage (meaning before any damage multipliers) only modifiers of the new damage type apply to it.

Basically it “deactivates” those support gems because you can only have a certain number of support gems per attribute (see up at the top how it says str (3/12) on your sheet)

If it left them activated all the time then you’d in theory be able to use less supports overall if you were swapping between weapons for any reason

In practice you’re unlikely to hit the cap until you have like, all 5-socket skills, but still

Your friend is losing too much honor. He needs to do it nearly hitless if your HP pool is that low.

I recommend wearing a ghostwrithe + crown of thorns to give him more breathing room, just to buff up your honor pool.

But since you have 200ES 680 life, you can wear ghostwrithe + crown of thorns and that will give you a lot of ES to inflate honor pool artificially.

What matters is his honor before he pools you in.

I.e. if he's missing 1.5k Honor (But he maybe has 7k total), but you only have 1.5k honor, you will load in and be on the floor.

you can fluff your way with your build right till endgame maps, then it becomes much more important, but the general rule is if you're getting hit lots you're not hitting hard enough, if you're getting one shot you don't have good enough defences, but curated affordable trade makes endgame MUCH easier, but also follow a build guide if you haven't already

Rarity is good but item quantity is most important. It's influenced by the speed at which you clear a map (so the amount of maps / hr), Tablets, and Modiers like amount of monsters, rare monsters, monster density ... For me I get more value running slightly easier maps where I can oneshot the entire screen than hard maps, because I run that map 5 mins faster. (with that I mean T15 but not suuuper juiced, atleast until my gear lets me)

I think Blasphemy has its own radius, it doesn't use your presence radius

It says "curse enemies in an aura around you" not "curse enemies in your presence"

YouTube can be an amazing source of builds but unfortunately you kind of have to look into the build creator because there are some bad ones or even straight-up scam ones

The biggest reason a lot of people recommend Maxroll for builds is that it's one of the only sources that's actually curated. It's not the only source of good builds, but you're much less likely to find bad builds or scam builds there

That would be it, then

It's using your talisman weapon set in wolf form but the other one in human form. Your max honor scales with life and ES so you have more life/ES and this more honor in human form due to the focus or shield
