Thank you for direction! I'll delete my message and throw it in there to clear up some room in here. I've definently found the end game hit or miss for sure. Towers is my only taste of end game in any ARPG really so I don't have much to go off of. Even without juicing I've still had fun but realized I needed to get my profits up to compete with economy inflation. It'll be nice to see improvements though in a couple months, just wish there was something else to scratch this itch POE2 has given me until then

I actually agree that traps in 2nd floor are more annoying than 3rd or 4th floor. Just stop worrying about getting hit and run through them (unless it is obviously a last flame run), it saves you a lot of time.

1. Having high MS basically just evades most traps, I maybe get hit like once or twice and I just stopped caring and run directly to switches.
2. I have maybe 40% honor res on normal setup and 75% for desp alliance setup (I do try a little to not get hit in these though). The small relics have been buffed like crazy, have mods such as 70% defenses, so if you are an ES character, you basically get 70% increased honor just from that. You can just not worry about Res and run defenses/relic quant relics.

*Idk if they have been buffed or were always these ranges but I dont think I ever saw these ranges for small relics in 0.1 and skipped 0.2.

question guys, in order to get the last 6 points in the Atlas Passive tree, what am I supposed to do? do I have to do a Corrupted Nexus with a Tier 16 map? I've tried doing a Tier 15 again on a Corrupted Nexus (like with the previous atlas points I got) but it didn't award me more points

Have you done all unique maps? I kept doing corrupted nexus T15s and realized that was already counted. Doing 5 different unique maps give 10 points. It shows details when you hover over it but the text was misleading and I thought it was showing me incomplete things but I think it is static text. Try unique maps (2 point book per map)

like they said, reduction in stats does work but the natural increase in int is definitely better once you build for it, with the 32 int helmet and 22 attribute necklace for some reason every passive tree int point was giving me like 20-30+ intelligence not sure how it works but makes fitting it fairly easy

it increases your natural intelligence so yes it counts toward equipping the helmet, you can also buy a super cheap helmet with bad stats that just has maximum intelligence on it which bring you up enough to equip the new one and socket it in, then the 30+ int you get from that can make it work if that makes any sense

theres a +25 int skill point on the tree if you want to temporarily divert to it just to equip the helmet requirements

i only have those 2 int items and i could equip the helmet and have enough dex for my build somewhere between 80-85

i did have to get 30 strength on the belt although at lvl 90 i need only about 10 now to make support gems work

make sure to get the attribute amulet before you try to swap though otherwise the helmet might be red when you remove some of that temporary int and not actually be giving you anything, the +22 is really wanted to fill the gap

if you are just wanting to farm, juicing your maps is generally the way and using the Towers to add multiple additional modifiers/content to them so they are more valuable. If you are looking for endgame challenges, then fighting pinnacle bosses via gathering splinters and hunting for Citadels is the way to go

I believe we've heard that the next patch in a couple months is overhauling endgame a decent amount also

I was looking at all my gems btw, ice shot is my main skill, I'd assume it does 23% more attack damage. Trying to see which corruption would be favorable for me 21/20 or 20/23 for each skill gem.

it's pretty min-max I think, since obviously you need to max socket and quality it first before corrupting. My understanding is that most would prefer either the level or the slot, but I am certainly not familiar with all builds

yeah I was overthinking it since pob said it doesnt calculate >20% quality, but when I look at skills I have socketed it is pretty straightforward. Ice shot goes from 296% to 311% attack damage and quality would only go from 20% to 23% so clearly the levels.

you can also look up the stats for each skill on the skill sheet (expand the skill) - but if it's not there or on your sheet, just use pob, of course

you can import chars in pob2 now too, so zero reason not to use it
