when your shield is raised it's 100% from that direction, however without it raised you still get passive block which can be seen in your character sheet.

The majority of skills don't scale with attributes unless they explicitly say so.

Attributes affect only Life - in the case of Strength - Accuracy - in the case of Dexterity - and Mana - in the case of Intelligence, unless you have some passive or item that specifically adds to or modifies their effects, or a skill or support that scales from an attribute.

Cleanse IMO, cleansed maps have fracture orbs and the mods from corrupted and cleansed seem comparable, maybe even a little better on cleanse.

Currently, not really, you can't get enough strength to have a good amount of raw life, and atziri's disdain helmet got nerfed. You either diversify and get taht defense or just go raw damage, hope you dodge the projectiles and kill everything fast.

yup pretty much, you want the "worst" roll on cost and best one in spell dmg

if there is no mechanic like manaforge arrows in poe1 that scales from cost (1% more dmg per 1 mana cost) and i dont think there is in poe2, you dont need higher cost, it will only drain your mana faster

They may be, but all you need to find is the edge of the corrupted zones. There's always a Corrupted Nexus in the middle of them, so the moment you spot a corrupted zone, you've effectively found a Nexus.

You need less accuracy the closer you are to the enemy, but you still need enough to hit 100% of the time. As long as you have that much, you'll be fine unless you run into an Evasive enemy.

It will have a bright red outline around the corrupted icon, it may be that this corrupted zone expands further up or to the side as well, or if you did complete the Nexus, it might have just bugged out for some reason.

No, if you consume all the revive attempts and fail the map, the node is still there, it just loses the encounters that were on it, like Breach, Delirium and so on.

The only time when it locks the node outright is with Unique Maps and Citadels, if I'm not mistaken.

It's from poe2db, but the text itself is the ingame tooltip for the 'Gain as Extra' keyword.

You can view it by holding Alt while viewing a tooltip, and pressing on the underlined keyword.

I see, I saw it was underlined but the keyword was in another keyword, so I had pressed alt to see what unholy might did but if I tried to hover over the second tooltip it would all dissappear

You should be able to click on underlined terms in nested tooltips, I think it's just that they all disappear if you press Alt again, so hold it down long enough to click on the first keyword of interest, then click away.

I figured it out actually, the tooltip has a little pin in the corner that appears when you press alt, if you click that pin it locks the tooltip in place and then you can press alt to get to the nested tooltip.

If you don't clear them before doing the Corrupted Nexus, they'll be converted to Cleansed zones and have different enemies and rewards, so it's a matter of which one you want.

Cleansed zones have a chance to drop Fracturing Orbs, not sure what the specific reward for Corrupted maps is since I've just beelined the Nexus every time. The modifiers inherent to Cleansed and Corrupted maps are different, though, you can find the details on the wiki.

You can corrupt T15 maps to get t16 maps which you can combine with the irradiated to get a level 81 map and the third set of skill points. Then to get the 4th set you can get a level 82 map by combining both of these with a cleansed modifier increasing the area level.
