Normally quality numbers start at 0 and are additive with numbers on the base skill. Like Lightning Arrow says it fires beams at 2 enemys in the base skill, and then under quality is says it fires beams at 0-1 enemies, which means at 0 quality it fires beams at 2 enemies and 20% quality it fires beams at 3 enemies

and the fact that there's 100% base for the plant (which makese sense), and 50% for the vines (which can't be poisoned according to the skill description)

In general I feel like Trail of the Sekhema has some afflictions that were ported straight from PoE1 sanctum with little-to-no changes that became way worse due to changes in Sanctum itself, and I hope some of them will get changed. The "remove 5%" one being so deadly against the final boss because he does so many small hits is one of them.

+1-50 lightning damage to attacks
+30% lightning damage
+20% all resistance
+30% lightning resistance

Giving it 50% lightning quality would turn those stats to:

+1-75 lightning damage to attacks
+45% lightning damage
+30% all resistance
+45% lightning resistance

(all resistance can be scaled by fire, cold, or lightning quality)

What are the two numbers next to the weapon set points on the skill tree screen? My weapon set 1 says 20 (24), my Weapon Set 2 says 24 (24), my weapon set 1 has 4 more points allocated than Weapon set 2, and it won't let me allocate any more points for either of them (unless I'm doing it wrong). It feels like I might have unused weapon set points but I can't figure out if I do or how to use them.

Atlas nodes never actually get locked, that's something they said in the reveal but changed before EA released. Instead if you die in a map without completing it then all of the mechanics on it disappear (bosses, breach, irradiation, etc.) but you can still attempt it again if you just want to get through it for pathing.

But anyway, once you complete a map it stays completed if you die.

The only things that get completely locked if you die in them are Citadels. And you lose the items you used to enter the map, which includes both the waystone for normal map and the boss keys for bosses.

Yeah, dying can still be pretty punishing but you don't have to worry about bricking a bottleneck. I did the same thing when I first got to endgame for the first time, avoided bottlenecks at first until I felt more confident and played super cautiously in them.

The only 1 portal thing that bugs me is the ultimatum ascendancy boss RNG. You basically have to die to a boss at least once to figure out their 1 shot mechanic which means you basically cycle through the ascendancy until RNG gives you a boss you've already died to and figured out a second time. I miss Izaro already.
