the easiest way to get more damage (assuming you are using maces) is to get more phys damage on your weapon

If you keep your weapon up to date and have decent gem combinations it should be the opposite of a falloff.

Also don't be afraid to use "basic attacks", the attack that comes with your weapon is designed to be high single target DPS (with the downside of having no other special attributes)

If you're trying to use rolling slam to fight bosses, you'll probably have a rough time

And I noticed Rhoa is 60, so you would need to take the nodes on passive tree that reduces the spirit reservation of it.
