and since then I can no longer play my abilities I can only play my basic staff ability.

I checked that my abilities were linked to the two weapon slots, I took out all the skills one by one as well as the support gems, I took out my equipment one by one.

my attributes are high enough to activate all abilities and my spirit also for passive abilities.

my charges stack well at 6 when I hit with the basic staff ability but I can't spend them because the charged staff ability is grayed out on my spell bar

I also noticed that when I try to cast a grayed out ability in my spell bar I have a reddish halo that appears.
It's been two days since I've been able to play because lvl 15 maps with the basic skill don't work.....

raging spirit, they will carry u for a long time, arsonist are cheap to run and the gear is easy to get, then later switch to frost mages or storm mages, just watch his videos he is explaining all u need to know

Swap to arsonist, and run flamewall with circle support. And just use flamewall.

So you should have arsonist, plus minions from sceptre, plus raging spirits. That's all you should need for rest of the campaign.

Early on, your biggest priorities should be your defenses. In your case, if you're going for a generic "witch" build, life and energy shield are two big ones.

As you progress through the game you should also be looking to add to your elemental resistances (fire, ice, lightning)

If you're comfortable with stuff like exploding corpse (gas), blight and such, essence drain and contagion are a great early leveling combo that witches commonly use.

Arc lash has a similar problem in that we don't have the sustain portion of it, but we do have a spark build that's pretty similar (but more common on the sorcerer in this game)

Damage from the fire wall itself is not important. It buffs other attacks+ creates raging spirits.

So it just has to exist to be most useful.

If a small node doesn't lead to a notable, I wouldn't take it. That's my general philosophy on the passive tree. Maximize the number of big nodes (notables) and minimize the number of small nodes

It's nice, but 6% for three points isn't super valuable especially when you can get 10% on your boots in act 1 easily (which you should have)

And I think that notable has some movement speed on it if I'm not mistaken

Minimizing smalls and maximizing notables is also just a general rule. In my current build I'm taking extra small nodes that just grant +10% proj damage because there's nothing else good nearby and I'll respec them as soon as I can reach the next good notable for my build

random drops or buying from other players. The currency exchange becomes available in act 1 cruel or you could brave the normal trade site (pathofexile.com/trade2)

tho the normal trade site is not recommended for currency trading, since people usually list things for higher prices

to take advantage of the people that cannot yet access currency exchange

if you have a premium tab, you could also try listing exalted orbs for sale in exchange for lesser jewelers orbs, but you'd have to figure out their prices
