Usually takes a few more levels for builds to get good, otherwise they about the same at low levels, under 50ish

short answer is ice is safer because of freeze and your build probly already supports tempest too so you can swap between them quite easily

in general, Spell Echo copies targets, so if the target is invalid for whatever reason, then the echo doesn't do anything

if you are playing similar spec in campaign the same stats are the ones you want

Nah, I don't trade. #price-check📉 might have some advice. In general it's pretty similar to the guide I linked earlier. Life and resistances on gear, movement speed on boots, damage on weapons. If they have those as a foundation AND other nice stuff like +level of gems, damage, etc, then you're getting into good territory. But during the campaign the mods are weaker than gear in endgame can have, so they're not typically worth very much, if anything.

Learning what items are good vs bad is a skill you need to cultivate in poe. It would be very hard to make a flowchart to help price items completely and accurately. And if one existed, it would be nigh indecipherable

One of the best combos I've found while leveling is combining lightning rod, a bow skill, with orb of storms, an elemental spell

Also there are loads of combos in the mace skills with breaking armor, creating aftershocks, stunning, etc

Positioning with mace skills is also quite challenging I've heard

Let me hit maps with it first and make sure it doesn't jump off a cliff. Basically Blueflame bracers, icewall, fireball to break the wall, self cast comet to hammer frozen enemies that are still alive, cast on freeze firestorm with a +1 limit and the radiant faith helmet so enemies can still be ignited to boost firestorm and provide any other "ignited enemies" buffs.

This guide goes over gearing recommendations for the campaign. Also, resistances and life are basically the only stats that matter on non-weapon gear. Only exception is movement speed on boots.
