2. Sacred water is the currency you use to buy things from the merchant or to activate shrines. If you have extra water at the end you can turn it into keys.

Also, you can't move a character to ssf. You need to make a new character as ssf.

I guess the thing is that taking power charge passive nodes are worse off than picking up a passive damage node and that's one of the reasons why. Like @lament stone said, power charges don't actually do anything other than potentially empower abilities. If you decide to pickup an additional power charge node, you're going to be missing out on like 30% crit which is arguably so much better because it affects all skills.

I suppose that overflowing power node would make sense for a flicker strike build but other than that I wouldn't see any other reason to pick it up?

depends on if you got the aoe/area damage nodes on the passive tree

or use Heft instead of Brutality if you're using Infernal Cry, since Brutality takes away the fire damage

Berserk requires you have enough rage generation from the tree. Scavenged Plating was just buffed (along with armor in general) and Overwhelming Presence is great for getting to Primed for Stun for Boneshatter

A lot of endgame bosses are just harder versions of campaign bosses but there are 5 special encounters that are different from anything in campaign (4 bosses and one thing involving waves of monsters)

it costs gold at the hooded dude. But you can respec however many points you like if you have the gold.
The only permanent choices are your character and the ascendency choice you make (respecing ascendency poitns is 5x gold cost).

Theres also 2 quests with permanent choices but they aren't powerful enough to warrent making a new character over
