eh not really. generally you pick 2 or 3 active skills and make your build focus on boosting those skills. but you can play like that through the campaign and early post-game.

You're not getting an extra 10% just added on top. It's giving you 10% more of what you started with (very over-simplified)

Just in case, there is one sorting feature I can think of for premium tabs.

Besides the fact that premium tabs often have dedicated sorts (since they're dedicated to some class of item), they also have "affinities"

Which is an option you can enable, where when you deposit something directly to stash (like ctrl+click on PC) it will send it to the appropriate tab if it matches one.

Like all gems go to your gem tab, all currency goes to your currency tab, etc.

Gotcha, in that case the usual advice applies. PoE will aggressively encourage you to build defensively. Your only goal in campaign is to kill things before they kill you, so focus on staying alive.

Not as familiar with totems in this game, but icenova is a path you could go down that I enjoyed.
There's a few frost builds, but they're primarily concerned with stuff like frostbolt/cold snap combos or comet.

Sounds good! If you're interested in going the ice nova route, I recommend taking sorceress and heading down either ascendancy that sounds neat to you (stormweaver is stronger in terms of pure dps, but I'm a big chrono fan)

You could definitely still run the usual setup of frostbolt/ice nova, bomb, wall. Just not sure how far it pushes on that alone.

After doing the unlock quests, you're not restricted on which trial or what level you want to attempt them. You just need a barya or ultimatum that says you will get points when completing it. It isn't "cruel mode points" because cruel mode won't exist when Acts 4-6 are added

they have a cooldown, so if you're using them to raise your other minions, you want enough to keep them all up

Just in case, you need a higher difficulty token than the ones you've been using.

For example, for the 3rd sekhema you won't be able to get that token until you're in level 60+ areas

I usually clear most maps when I first enter them. If I have a return visit to area and it doesn't require it or I'm not leveling I bee line to what I want to do

During campaign it's entirely up to you. There is no real need to do so but it can help with character progression. Only thing that's important is that you do find all the sidequests on the various maps.

Yes it changes every time. New map new layout. But the quests and important things you complete stay complete

I find you will never be underleved if you clear the areas first time. Keeps you at the rite level for the next boss/challenge

If you stay outside and area for to long it will reset yes. The time window for this is 8-15 minutes.

If it's the one Balbala drops in cruel, that one won't give you Ascendancy points (need one at least level 60 for 3rd set of points), but it can be good to run it for relics and relic slots

Not maximum, that takes gear as well. But as Cal mentioned you can kill certain bosses during your playthrough to earn more spirit.
The one they listed is the first boss you will be able to get Spirit from.
