Maybe on maxroll or mobalytics but generally it's just use some decent skill combinations to setup big payoffs against single targets. For me it was the bell and a melee skill. And once I added the support to the bell that gives it a cooldown and a large damage buff, it became my boss killing tool.

Basically, the endgame is designed to start at level 65, which is the level they plan for you to be when you finish act 6 once it comes out. Since we only have 3 acts right now, they have us play through them twice to grt to level 65 for endgame.
