Monk is amazing 👀 ....lv.52 i have a lv.28 weapon and melt everything/very rarely die, (just started Cruel act 1), my skills carry me (Monk - Invoker w/; Tempest Flurry, Charged Staff, Storm Wave and Bell for bosses. 7 orb Power charge, with Killing Palm skill for now.) with the Ascendancy skill passive "...and Protect me from Harm." i have 63% Armor (with 0 armor gear) 73% Evasion with very bad resistances and 360 Shield with 116 Spirit. oh and i have 106% item find on bc i dont get hit or die....yet lol. its so much fun to play my Jedi lightsaber Monk feels really fluid...once you get that Flicker Strike tele skill, whole knew level from what ive seen lol i can almost unlock it. *note, Combat Frenzy needs the passive node 'Resonance' in order to work

I really wanna play Crossbow, I like the gameplay mechanics there but I don't love having two stat points vs just having one for dmg, like dexterity.

You're level 34 with a weapon that requires level 20. That's why your damage is so poor.

For survival, your cold res is very low and that's the most dangerous element. Prioritize life, res, and movement speed on gear. Movement speed boots above all else imo.

Cold infusion is also halving the lightning damage on that staff, so it's pretty meh imo. I'd use martial tempo instead maybe.

Act2 1st boss Rathbreaker is so stupid buggy: during the fight if player walk down the cliff, the boss become invincible, but the fight doesn't reset, mobs still keep spawning. Player can no longer hit the boss, boss no longer hitting player. Have to reset the map. I can't understand why devs want to pin player on that cliff.

You can be crafting super early in campaign if you want. But you wont be getting high rolls.

Nope. The skills you use almost always have nothing to do with the equipment type you wear.

Tho classes that start near evasion/es/armor nodes might find it most efficient to spec into those nodes and thus would get more value from certain types.

But if you don't have any nodes that buff certain defenses, it doesn't matter
