Level means nothing aside from the ceiling of the tiers of mods it can roll. You can easily have a high level rare item with junk mods get beaten by a low level magic item that got the best possible rolls

It's a carry over from poe1. That game had a lot of minion skills that were activated by your melee attacks, so it was more synergistic. Idk if poe2 has stuff like that yet

i finished the game and am on the second difficulty in act 2, i got a quest called ascent to power, it says to search traitors passage, its the quest to do the trial of ascendancy thing. however i fully cleared traitors passage twice now and there's nothing there, is this quest bugged for the harder difficulty?

I'm guessing CI works the same way as in poe1 where it sets your life to 1, but the game never forgot your prior life value. I'll call it phantom life. Poe1 uses phantom life to determine things like stun threshold.

So I'm guessing that chest is converting half of your phantom life to es, which effectively negates the downside. Though I imagine that your stun and ailment thresholds would also be lowered since those might still be based on your phantom life

Class has almost nothing to do with how your build is doing. All classes basically just get damage nodes early so there is no difference. If your build is suffering it's likely due to outdated gear or inefficient skill gem setups.

Make sure you're keeping your weapon up to date, that's the biggest part of your damage, especially as an attack build.

Make sure to prioritize life and resists on gear, and especially movement speed on boots

The floor and the vendor is where I find most of my loot. I recommend picking up good white bases and transmuting + augmenting them. If they roll two good mods, I regal. If all three mods are good, I exalt until I get a bad mod.

Also,i recommend taking damage nodes early since support gems are generally kinda weak and the tree has no life on it, which is the best defense you can get aside from resists

i purchased the early access version of the game, which includes 300 points. However, I’m not able to access those points. Here’s what happened:

I bought the game client key and redeemed it on the official website. My account on the website is linked to steam.
After redeeming, I was given + 2 keys:
A steam key for playing through Steam.
An epic Games for playing through epic.
I downloaded the Steam version of thegame and started playing.
The issue is that my 300 points are not showing up, neither in the game nor on the website.
