Quality of the affliction (freeze/ignite/shock) along with quality of the monster (normal, magic, rare, unique) matter now. So you wont be breezing through trash mobs anymore but bosses should still be able the same.

Why is comet getting 300 energy required to cast on freeze.

The tooltip of cast on freeze says it has 10 max energy per 0.1 seconds of base cast time.

Base cast time of comet is 1 second so it should be 100 energy.

Yet it's costing 300 energy to cast on freeze
