external latency trackers or reportint systems have no causation to discord issues. latency trackers only track ping which can be influenced by many things, and reporting systems usually get flooded by people when the slightest thing goes wrong (which most of the time are their fault not discord's)

It keeps shutting down on its own, and the reason given is that my CPU usage reaches 100%, causing it to shut down to prevent the computer from freezing. I’m trying to add role icons to my Discord server, and I keep running into issue after issue. I know this is probably simple for people who’ve been managing servers for a while, but I’m still learning this side of things.

I’ve been on Discord for about 3 years, but mostly just joining servers and chatting. Around 11 months ago, I started setting up servers for Roblox games, and I feel like I’ve gotten pretty decent at it. Still, there are a lot of features I don’t fully understand yet.

Right now, my main problem is adding role icons. At first, it mentioned something about my Apple subscription. I canceled that, but now I’m getting a different message and I don’t really understand what it means. This is my first time dealing with Nitro and server boosts, so I’m a bit lost on how everything connects.

For context: I already have Nitro and I’ve boosted my server until May 18th (today is April 30th). I wanna add the icons even if I gotta boost again, which I will do if that’s the problem, but I don’t even know what the issue is. It’s just showing stuff like what’s in the picture below.

If anyone can explain what I actually need to do or what I’m missing, I’d really appreciate it.

Some if you're not careful also can contain obfuscated PowerShell scripts which may go through a rabbit hole to infect your computer. Github is a popular place for PowerShell malware being hosted so be careful I guess... but do what you want I ain't your mom

If you so want performance then throw Linux on there but don't expect smooth sailing until you figure it out

There is, it's called Windows Server, just having to grab all the drivers to install manually like I did was not as fun as it sounds, also had to modify my graphics driver package to support unofficial Windows 10 versions (Server 2025 is Windows 11 - technically 10)

Discord does not store deleted messages, the only exception to this rule is if it is reported to Discord, so TnS can access it after the fact.
Yes, messages from social media such as Discord can be used for law enforcement and other legal matters, but to obtain them you will have to go through said law enforcement and/or court to obtain copies from Discord, and again, this would not include deleted messages unless they already had a order to preserve content.

It should be noted that you can log deleted messages and edits yourself, but these will not be admissible for any reports, let alone law enforcement, as their validity cannot be proven.
