it's 1 ticket per issue, so if the system detects that you are creating a new ticket for an issue you already submitted in a previous ticket, it can close it as a it sees it as a duplicate. try looking at your ticket list to find the original one you sent for that issue, and reply to the last email they sent for that original ticket instead of starting over in a new one that will just get closed as duplicate anyway.
although for appeals normally they want you to do it through the link at the bottom of the violation (listed in your account standing page)

Me and a friend of mine were on call when all of a sudden my friend's account got disabled by discord. We check his email inbox to see if he received an email from discord saying that he got disabled but we found nothing. When he tries to log in, it doesn't allow him at all, and it tell him that it's disabled. When he contacted support, Clyde automatically tells him "You should’ve received a system DM or email with more information. Yes. Just straight up. If you leave messages in a guild, direct message or group chat you don't have access to, it will not be deleted and it's reportable. That's why moderators will ban users before reporting messages because they can in-app report before the problematic user gets to delete them

never happened to me, but i researched it a bit and i found some help articles that says, to try the restore nitro subscription button at the bottom of your discord settings on iphone to force a sync with your apple id. if you have multiple accounts, the nitro might have been applied to a different profile by mistake since apple id connects to the last active login.

handheld mode is when discord treats the call like a normal phone call where you have to hold it to your ear, this usually happens if you accidentally cover the sensor at the top of you screen or if the app is bugged, never bothered me so i dont really have a clear solution for you try searching a help article for this

is your isp blocking discord ports? cause specifically udp ports between 50k(,000) and 65,535 since those are needed for voice calls to actually connect
