when I went to check again, I still could not log into my account. So I made about 2 more appeals, but to no avail, the same respnose as the last 2

My account got hacked the person changed my password and enabled 2FA, so I’m completely locked out. I never enabled 2FA myself and I don’t have any backup codes.

I’ve already contacted Discord support and my ticket is open + escalated. I replied from my registered email and gave all details.

I also had Discord Nitro (bought via Google Play, expired Jan 2, 2026), so I have proof of ownership ready if needed.

no. why would i? fair can't access checkpoint post mid-january. spotify does the same. it encourages recording the presentation using something like obs.

the root issue, if you spend a ton of time on a server and accidentally leave it, there's no way to undo this action. leaving servers is part of my discord exp as there's a cap on how many I can join. this even affects premium members. so to me. using a plugin to keep track of my messages is the only solution. this way i'll know which server i posted the message, can rejoin that server if i have to leave it, can search my messages without being in that server, and can search all of my messages across all servers in one-go.

like imagine a report of how many servers you didn't interact with, to help you answer which servers you should leave?

If your account is limited by Discord, you have to wait until that limit has been removed. There is generally a time on it I believe.

As far as Support goes, you must follow the instructions you were given in your ticket. Repeatedly contacting them and not following the instructions is not going to help you.

Further, if someone has harrassed or hacked your account, you need to report them and the account.

It shows that my account is appearing ONLINE. when i have 2fa on it. they have no access to my 2fa whats so ever. the only thing they have is my gmail connected to the accout. Can someone explain to me how its possible for my account to be appearing online?

I put in a ticket about my gmail change and put in that i have proof that its my account. my phone number and 2fa. i put in the ticket on the 12th.

If they steal your account token they can bypass the 2fa
