My account was permanently suspended because of "child safety" on 28 March, 2026.

I did not watch underage NSFW content or texted a minor. NSFW is allowed in Discord; thus the NSFW channel system. I was scrolling though a NSFW server and it's contents and at the time forwarding some of the contents to my own server. There was no sign of any underage people or anything against Discord's policy taking part in those contents. But even if there was, it was not possible for me to know since the content was allowed and the server had a strict policy and maintained Discord's community option.

Therefore, I believe my account was terminated in error. I have been using this account for a very long time and I have many crucial information which is very important to me. I have already appealed this via Discord's support website and also messaged Discord's support account on Twitter. Do I have a chance of getting my account back?

When RTC is connecting, you'll have to change the region of the voice channel or move your conversation to a different voice channel. This is a problem on Discords end that they need to resolve so this is pretty much all you can do. It's usually fixed in an hour or so

I was streaming my Switch 2 via my HD60X to YouTube the other night, and when I tried to stream it to a friend's VC along side it, it wouldn't load and just kept showing the stream loading animation until it would eventually show a 2011 error. I also tested the card in the same VC the morning after without streaming to anything else but the error still occurred.

I've tried making sure I wasn't running the El Gato Capture Utility at the same time (which I didnt have running anyway so I could stream it to OBS anyway), restarting Discord and turning hardware acceleration on Discord off, but to no avail.

Anyone else have this issue before? Never had this issue with my Switch 1, and turning HDR off on my Switch 2 didnt seem to do anything either.

If a LEADER wants to unmute a Soldier to "able to talk" I can NOT unmute. UNLESS i mute in server AND click again to unmute them in server.

They say contact us from gmail (official discord) or else they cant help. They said they sended a gmail on my haxked acc gmail addresss. But i got no gmail in there. So i was hoping how can i just report to dc and tell them to enable my acc and disable 2fa. Thats it and then i can log back into my acc. When it was hacked. After some hours i got gmail by discord. There's a 'hold-out' group that basically prevents certain users from accessing orb quests. Chances are, your non nitro account isn't in that hold out group while your nitro account is.

If you got banned for your account being too young that's something you'll have to talk to that server's mods about. Discord support can't help with that.

However you should probably tell the server mods about your old banned account.
