If you don't have the 2FA or the backup codes the account is gone. Nothing you, or anyone else, can do. This is for safety because otherwise hackers would also be able to gain access without having your 2FA

Did you know that, just so you know, I've already been banned for being too old because people reported me because they didn't like me?

A guy on our team got hacked, so to prevent him from penalizing the bot or, in quotes, causing trouble for our team, we removed him.

But doing so also removed everyone's badge, including the developer badge.

Discord said in the support ticket that the system wasn't practical but that they couldn't reinstate the badge.

The funny thing is, three months later, the role system with only reader, admin, and developer roles appeared.

So, paying for a Nitro subscription and badge, or for working for a certified bot, and then not even getting a refund or anything, just a simple apology, is unacceptable to me.

I can understand that support is automated, sometimes even using AI.

I do the same for my studio and Discord servers.

It's true that for common questions like "how to become a bug hunter," which we hear and see 400 times an hour, there are things that, in my opinion, should remain human, and I don't understand why they aren't respected.

That's also why I think badges are useless on Discord, especially since they only cause problems, if most of them are going to be unavailable.

Even if they're legacy badges, they might as well reward legacy badges if the person actually had them.

And frankly, in terms of proof, it's not like they're just simple messages. It's easy to remove them or sanction people and then say, "Oh no, sorry, but we can't give them back."

Okay, it eliminates verifications, wasted time, and administrative work for them, but it leaves a mark on people.

I am not so good with all that but it sounds like maybe you need to look through all authorized apps on the server. Check your own. Check integrations. Check user roles. Get rid of everything you don't need and disallow external apps for everyone but you.

My server is having an issue with the community feature- members just can't see channels. They aren't even appearing in the Channels & Roles list, but if I tag the channel, they can see the tag and go to the channel that way.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have looked at the channel list behind scenes and ALL channels are actively selected by default & I have checked perms of the channels and they should be able to see the channels by perms alone. I have also turned off community and the channels that were hidden could then be seen, but as soon as I activated it again the channels went away.

If there really isn't a fix to this, that's okay, I'll turn to the trusty reaction verification lol

Here is where the problem lies:
The leader can choose to unmute one member under the soldier Role.

I cannot find a way to do it unless I go to stage voice channel. Stage works fine for other tasks. But for this team of warriors I don't want the leaders to be louder than the rest. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance

Aren't you just describing a stage channel?

I mean if you compare the raise hand feature to how drills are actually conducted it's probably similar.

Can someone help me? Two years ago i got banned in a server with this account, and i tried using an alt to ban evade and got banned on that too.
Today the server tried unbanning both my main and alt account and only my alt account worked by entering the server again but my main didnt, i tried resetting my IP and changing wifi, cleared my cache too, its still not letting me in, no, i dont have any other alts linkd to the same ip that are banned aswell. Stage works perfectly. But I have 11 leaders. Some manually mute. Here 47 soldiers. If three or four are wanting to talk we might only select one or two for the intelligence to get to the leaders.

try checking the ban list on desktop or refreshing it, sometimes it doesn’t show properly but the ban is still there🤷

That's the weird thing. I looked on phone and desktop, refreshed, and used the search option. They changed their name so did their name not change on the ban list? They gave their old name and it's not there either.

If you really can’t find them, you could try banning their user ID again Discord will usually tell you if they’re already banned, which helps confirm it

I have recently implemented a system in my discord server called the Jail, I have a role called "arrested" and I have to remove the member role and add the arrested role. The member role is added automatically when you join the server. I am looking for a bot that can remove the member role and add the arrested role at the same time. With a simple command like !arrest or something. Any ideas it would mean a lot?!

I've seen this happen before when someone gets banned on an alt account, specifically with phone number linking

So they get banned on an alt that has a phone number linked -> when they switch to another account that one is banned too

Since the same phone number was used to verify yourself in the server
