There is no such thing as mass report, you can't report someone that hasn't violated the ToS, if you do nothing will happen.

Discord has slapped me with a "SPAM" violation. I have re read all the discord documents I can find and referred to by both CLYDE (from the discord support website) and in this platform and can find nothing that tells me how or why this has happened. I have appeal'ed the matter per discord's own system. I have been on this platform since 2017. (I forgot the password to my first account, the mods could not help me at that time and there was no 2FA) This current 2019 account I have so interconnected with so many other servers and 'users' that I fear loosing contact with them will be a travesty. I am waiting to see IF discord will notice that I am in fact NOT a spammer. I have alerted the people close to me what has happened and they are surprised too. My limited account now forbids me to join any new server. And, I am affraid to do anything with this account or get further discord auto action upon it.

I have a question regarding this action too... On my server "membership" page, I routinely see people identified as spammers ("UNUSUAL ACCOUNT ACTIVITY") and remove them for 'the good of my community' because they are usually reported to the staff as spamming their accounts with unsolicited activity. MY question is: Am I now being flagged on other servers as a Spammer (with the red flag next to my name)?

I did. I am a server owner (of a large community) . I get asks for joining other communities to look them over (possible partnerships).

I joined a server and was immediately booted from the app! Then upon rejoining noticed my account standing was limited and a spam violation attached (for 2 years!!). I joined another community and same thing!

Unfortunate for the user's of this app, the Discord 'Employees' have established a system that quarantine's those with issues. Getting any real satisfaction or 'human' to respond is very difficult.
We are directed from Clyde's answer's on support.discord.com to refer back to this discord platform to file appeals after Clyde identifies our tickets as "solved."

here are the numbers:
As of early 2026, Discord has approximately 4,100 full-time employees. Discord has approx. 260 million monthly active users as of early 2026.

now i have also provided a toggle switch for dnd which makes every channel invisible when that toggle is on (by clicking on the emoji of a moon)

although i have kept the DND role above the VIP role , a person with both the roles can see the private role , even though the dnd has permissions to make the every chat invisible.
What can I do to make sure the DND role also makes the private chat invisible?

Let's face the facts.
The app tells us to create a new sign on to address our concerns throught their support website (where clyde is standing ready to resolve everything as soon as we click send our comments) . We use the app as Clyde directs us to and then we sit and spin on our thumbs while our accounts are frozen in time. If a faithful user who abides by the rules and participates in the funding of the company is treated like this .. or any free user that see's how those who support the functions / services of the application ... why put ones money on the application that clearly does not desire to communicate with the very supporters it has.
