I need some help with a situation for which I know multiple people are having the problem. Ever since Discord rolled out the K-ID verification somewhere a week ago, manual verification has been disabled. Every ticket someone with a disabled account makes automatically gets closed by Clyde referring to K-ID within the Discord app. But here comes the shocker, since the account is disabled we are unable to verify within the Discord app so.

1. When we try to create a ticket to verify (with the picture) Clyde automatically closes the ticket
2. We are unable to enter Discord to start K-ID verification

Does anyone perhaps know for a fix?

See the problem isn’t that the account is disabled (as your always supposed to be able to login and see your account standings), it’s that your running into a issue where you can’t, on whatever platform your on. You need to tell support that, since otherwise you’re going to always be in that loop and also that K-ID isn’t a new thing either, people have been complaining about it here for a very long time.

And X support is also unable to assist. Like this situation is kind of bad especially if peoples accounts are going to get disabled for this

You can try to enable 2fa but you also have to download an authenticator app @north lagoon for it to work. And then you have to link it and there are codes you use. And backup codes you have to save. And if you don't save those backup codes you lose your account forever.
