It's luck of the draw really. Depends how many requests they have open at any given time.

It is not exactly the same but I used to work at a call centre. There were times when we were twiddling our thumbs. There were other times when people had to wait over an hour to speak to one of us.

only thing i can think of is a support ticket for a hacked account, and if you already submitted one then wait for their reply then reply back to it if what they reply doesn't solve your issue
one thing to note is that it's 1 ticket per issue, creating new ones for the same issue will get ignored and closed as duplicates. one thing you can do is go to https://dis.gd/mytickets and make sure you use the first ticket you made for your issue to continue communicating with support

I'm sorry, I don't know if it can be removed, or if all you can do is wait it out until the system no longer thinks you are a spammer (by doing less actions like lots of DMs or friend requests, or whatever else discord's system watches for)

If you just lose access to it because you didn’t do what your supposed to do and keep your back up codes safe, then they can’t remove it

I had a subscription in febuary, canceled it on the 16th. And i got billed on the 23rd. I only have one account, i emailed discord support and they have basically told me to go away, providing me no information about the billing or where it went off. I asked more than once. only help here is from other regular users, support tickets are the only way to contact the support team, they don't have any sort of live chat option
that being said the advice i can give is to stick to 1 ticket per issue and keep replying in that one to escalate the issue, making more for the same issue just gets ignored and closed as duplicates

Well then I don't know what is wrong on the verification end. Reply to the ticket saying that it won't let you progress to age verification and that the email shows you to send a ticket if the instructions don't work. That will usually get a non template
