I submitted an appeal, but I also asked questions using other forms, received a response, my ticket was marked as “solved” and I received something like “please rate our work” in my email.
But no one responded to my appeal ticket, and it was marked as “solved” I added to the ticket again yesterday, and a couple of hours later it was also marked as “solved”, but I didn't receive a response or an email.. Does this mean they are reviewing it? :D

We already did that, but they keep creating new accounts, and they haven’t received any sanctions. We have a lot of evidence, and they’re doing this to multiple servers — they’re used to it.

Then block and ban each one afterwards. And I recommend adding Double Counter bot and set it for its highest level. It's an anti-alt bot that helps with situations like this. You may also need an anti-raid bot. Look up a bit. Someone suggested some.

Not sure if you got answered, but most people rely on Wick, which is good if you actually set it up right, I see alot of misconfigured servers using Wick and get raided because they didn't follow the docs / setup guide. They then complain it didn't do it's job. (Please read the docs.)
