your friend fell for a scam, it's no longer them controlling their account, it's actually a common tactic of scammers to then try to contact the friends of the account to scam others.
if you have another way to contact them you can reach out to them that way to inform them, they can submit a ticket for a hacked account to hopefully get it back.

No. Only messages that have been reported before being deleted can be looked up by Discord Trust & Safety. If a message has been deleted and wasn't reported, then it's gone and cannot be reported anymore. Screenshots, videos, etc. are not valid proof for reports.

I have a weird situation going on and it's been at least a year or smth I haven't gotten help from discord support. So I accidentally created an account with my phone number so I try to log back into the account to delete it but it says that account was disabled even tho I used it for literally .02 seconds after I realized I accidentally created it. I'm using a friend's number rn to even talk in this server and I just think it's bananas I haven't gotten help lol. And I don't know if there was an email attached to it because I signed up with phone number not email. Sooooo yeah idk what to do help me

One strange thing also once happened to me. Once after a long time I logged in to my alt account and somehow I was in random server named "Dogs and cats" created by MY ACCOUNT but I didn't made it. okay for more information (since i think this is a bit little to understand), onboarding won't open anymore and it doesnt work whenever a newcomer joins, it says "You have 20 default channels and at least 0 channels assigned by questions", what does this mean? i already added every channel to when a person joins but same problem, i only narrowed it down to only 1 question, which if you clicked on 1 result, will give you 4 assigned cannels and 2 ranks given once clicked, so far there was no uhh luck on tryna fix this, i really dk whats happening
