Does anyone know how they perfectly fake these messages? And how to tell it’s a fake aside from having to always speak to the person accused?

Recently they joined my server to mess around and it included server raid and threatening messages. We reported them multiple times but it didn't work out. And just now they joined our server again with cheats (we don't know how.) and asked weird/stupid questions. Later we know they were in a voicecall in another server and sharing our server and messages. They also sweared when we were banning them. Reporting doesn't give us any results as they always came with alt-accs. Can mods help us?
