I have been dealing with discord support for several days now and they have been ignoring me and ignoring their legal obligations to help me.
They keep lying to my face, and citing policy that has nothing to do with my situation. And nothing to do with what I am asking for. Its has gotten to the point where they forcibly set my ticket to solved despite them never even attempting to read a single message I have wrote or even attempting to solve it.
Discords own TOS says: "If you get locked out of your account, we’ll need to contact you at the email or phone number associated with your account. hello i have a major problem with my discord

I need some help. There is an error with Discord so that I cannot edit my onboarding. I am the owner of the server, and yet every time I make a change and press "save", it does not respond or even see that my mouse is over the save button. Sometimes it says I need to attach a channel/role, but all the options have been assigned a role or channel, as well as an emoji, name and description. All settings have been abided by and onboarding is off (the entire setting). I have tried to turn it on, but it will not save changes. This is literally so frustrating as I have tried to set up onboarding on 2 other alt accounts, as well as my administrators attempting to change it. However, nothing is working and the "save changes" button is irresponsive.

You need to unassign the boosts from other perks to enable Level 2 or your server needs 4 more boosts

I guess I’m looking for bots that’ll pretty much run the server, clean it and monetize/manage it for me all on its own and the only thing I really have to worry about is actually dealing with the people themselves. I’m just struggling to find the correct bots to sue and how to handle a server properly. I’ve been watching YouTube videos and looking into it for a while now but there’s A LOT of bots and information so I got lost lol. I’ve watched YouTube videos, done my research, even tested out Arcane, Carl-bot, EazyAutodelete, MatchBox, Musico, Simple Poll and Ticket Tool. I mean I’m sure in discord defense it does seem fair, as whatever report reason was chosen matched what was sent. As to nitro there seems to be a misunderstanding that, having it gives you either special treatment or makes you exclude from things, which just isn’t the case. The serve thing is because discord reasonably believes if your in a server it’s because your active in it and so should know what content is being sent there and lastly the whole support thing, is simply them having a endless backlog of tickets to get through, including duplicate tickets from people not waiting. They don’t have endless resources and so do there best.

Not saying they don’t make mistakes and for all I know they did but, I felt like there needed to be additional context given here.

What makes it even more ridiculous is that I also got punished automatically just for sharing how funny it was that a friend had already gotten the same punishment for the exact same reason, since I didn’t believe it at first

You might be IP banned, Limited access to joining new servers, The invite links are expiring, Network connection issue, You've reached 100 server limit.
