Having that many bots at once isn't a great idea as they'll interfere with each other.

What you should probably do is:

• Decide on one bot that you'll use for moderation. Sapphire is the best in my opinion but Dyno is also decent.
• Add a basic spam detection using whatever bot you decided on (x messages in x seconds = delete)
• Set verification level to High or Highest to make it harder for alts
• Configure automod so it blocks invite links, excessive mentions, image scams, etc.
• Make proper use of Arcane by introducing a basic level role (like level 5) to get permissions for sending images and embeds. You could also expand this with an automod rule that blocks all links until you reached that level role.
• Remove Beemo because it was only made for join raids, not any other types of raids, and is pretty outdated
• Remove any other bots that you no longer need
• Go through all role and channel permissions to make sure users only have the permissions they need. You should turn off potentially dangerous permissions like "Use external apps" for example. More info here: https://discord.com/blog/how-to-set-up-your-servers-roles-for-members-mods-admins

Let me try to clarify:
A user, let's called them Bob, joined our server and consequently sent messages/had moderation logs created of their activity & infractions when they broke the rules
Bob's account ID is 92739775...
Bob then deleted their account

Now, it's virtually impossible to find any of the moderation logs of their presence - I understand that their messages are anonymised, but these are not their messages - these are the messages from our various moderation systems

While the user's identity is anonymized, their messages in chats and servers are still preserved, though they will be displayed under the "Deleted User#0000" name. Technically the messages are not just their username, profile etc

So you won't be certain that message is from that specific deleted user.

It can only be done for a limited time when you're dealing with raids through the "Security actions" option in the server settings menu
But no permanent disable options

Security actions allow you to pause DMs for a max of 24 hours at a time. If you want to do it for longer than 24 hours, you'd need a bot that keeps reapplying the security actions. However disabling DMs entirely for all of your members can also have a negative impact on people that legitimately just want to make friends or chat - so be aware.

Of course, members can still DM if they share other servers where DMs are open or if they are friends.

Me and my friends found a server that is known to have a pedо lolіcоn owner (25 years old) and mods for years, we reported their messages initially but discord didnt do anything other than restrict their main accounts and ignore our reports of the owner and mod bypassing. We have over 120+ images of extremely inappropriate messages involving minors with message IDs, server IDs, category IDs,channel IDs, user IDs etc etc but we simply dont know where to report it

in UK (where the owner lives) that type of behavior is illegal and they openly admit to watching very illegal videos and reading illegal material involving minors but it seems like discord simply doesnt have a support line open

Sometimes they can recover deleted messages if they were reported before the user deleted the messages but it depends on what the context is and tos violation. But if it got deleted before you reported it then there is nothing else you can do stat.
