Is there a way to hide the members list from the side in a server?

Currently, any person who joins is assigned a role, providing they have passed the requirement to have their YouTube channel linked. The YT authentication will then automatically assign roles.

Previous admin created this one channel that people can see, telling them how to link their accounts. I've changed the settings on that channel for now so they can't see it.

However, the roles are assigned according to YouTube membership tiers for the creator who the Discord is for. So if they have a YT account linked, they will still see the members list because of that one single channel they can see.

I've already set the everyone role to not be able to see anyone but admins etc.

Is there a way around this? I'm thinking of doing away with the automatic role altogether and looking at another place to provide that information off server, maybe.

3. after completing verification steps and you want more access, you can apply for the next level if you meet x criteria

Hello I have a weird question - I have a server for a game guild, however we've expended and now have multiple guilds joining and its becoming more of a hub.

I'd like to give Guild Leaders of their respective guilds the power to assign roles, which I've currently set up and is working. I'm just concerned and want to future proof to avoid any problems;

How the system currently is, is that each Captain has role management. That means the ones at the top can also assign the guilds below... or remove. I can see this being abused if there is ever any bad blood or sabotage down the line.

So I'm wondering how could I go by verifcation systems, because I know of the React Role (I use Carl-bot), but that isn't safe guarded. I'm going a bit beyond then nessessary but I'd like to deal with these problems before they ever could arise
