I’m encountering a persistent issue with my server’s onboarding setup. While configuring a new role selection question using custom emojis, I received the following error:

“emoji: Only one of emoji_id and emoji_name can be set at once”

Even after deleting all affected options and attempting to recreate the question from scratch, I continue to receive this error. I am unable to save any changes—even if no emojis are present, and even if I delete the entire question or page.

It appears that the onboarding form has retained hidden or corrupted emoji metadata, and the interface no longer allows me to update or remove the affected block.

I’ve tried:
Removing emojis
Deleting and recreating answers
Deleting the entire question block
Refreshing Discord
Attempting to save clean entries with no emojis

Nothing resolves the error, and I am now completely blocked from editing or saving changes to onboarding.

the onboarding is a pain in the eyes to set up after any changes have been made in the server, like perm to the everyone role, changing perm to certain roles, etc, anything can affect the onboarding system, I have had weeks of issues with this before too, but make sure that the the everyone role is set up to read at least 5 channels with write and read perm, and each channel also must be turned on this perm for the everyone role, the bug with the emoji is new for me though, but since you can't save the actual settings without emojis, just shows that the issue is not the emoji, I think

Recently my main account was locked after joining a discord server and now I have to reset my password. Funny thing: I havent got the backup codes, the 2FA is on my old phone. Only way for me to authenticate is my old phone number. There, I receive messages from my new number, from whatsapp, but not from discord. Thus I can't use that to authenticate rn either.

My Discord server with 400,000+ members got stolen
So basically, my main account was banned — even though I only ever had one. Just a few days after that, Discord removed my ownership crown and gave it to someone else who impersonated me.
They didn’t email me, didn’t ask for ID, didn’t verify anything. Just gave the server away.
And once that person got control, they banned me and even my team from the server.
I have all the proof: ID, Invite bot logs, screenshots, even TikToks with over 300K followers promoting that server.
But Discord ignored every message — I’ve sent appeals, emails, even mailed them a legal letter.
Now I’ve filed for arbitration through JAMS and reported to multiple US agencies.
It honestly feels like I lost a home I built from scratch for years. And now someone else is using it for their own gain.
