To put it simply, Discord has effected your account due to you being under the age of 13.

If you want to deal with this, you have to prove that you are not under 13. That's essentially what its says.

Hi why do my friends’ accounts keep getting limited (some for days, others up to 2 years) for messages they’ve sent in servers that are completely harmless? For example, one of them got banned for saying “meow” and they were told it was child endangerment? 😭😭 THEY ARE THE CHILD!!! This has been happening an AWFUL lot lately to a good amount of my friends, some have even been hit with it like twice. It’s super annoying and just plain unfair because they haven’t done anything wrong, so I’m just super confused. Is someone reporting them or something?
